Smoked Maple Bourbon Ham
Our Smoked Maple Bourbon Hams are unlike all others. They can be the centerpiece of a festive holiday meal, and they are versatile enough to eat at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We cure our hams for one week with brown sugar and quite a bit of small-batch bourbon for a boozy kick. The hams are smoked with applewood and glazed with local maple syrup.
Size: Each ham is approximately 4.5 pounds, and they are boneless.
What Makes Us Different: Our meats are Pastured Raised with No Antibiotics. There are also No Nitrates in our products.
Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Let ham sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Place on a roasting rack and heat in the oven for 30 to 45 minutes. For some extra shine, brush on some of your favorite maple syrup a couple of times while the ham is in the oven.
