Our lamb prosciutto is the G.O.A.T! There is really nothing else like it in the world of charcuterie. We make it by curing boneless leg of lamb with smoked paprika, red wine, garlic, and a hint of chili. It pairs well with olives and preserved lemon. This boneless, rolled format has the diameter of a coppa, which makes it easy to slice.
What Makes Us Different: Our meats are Pastured Raised with No Antibiotics. There are also No Nitrates in our products.
